EGFR \u5728\u57fa\u56e0\u6216\u86cb\u767d\u8868\u73fe\u8b8a\u7570\u5f80\u5f80\u8207\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u767c\u751f\u606f\u606f\u76f8\u95dc\u3002\u6709\u9451\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0cEGFR \u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u56b4\u683c\u76e3\u7ba1\uff0c\u53d7\u9ad4\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7684\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u6703\u89f8\u767c\u8ca0\u8abf\u7bc0\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd EGFR \u4fe1\u865f\u53d7\u5230\u6e96\u78ba\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u7a2e\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u8ca0\u8abf\u7bc0\u6a5f\u5236\u5247\u662f\u900f\u904e\u6cdb\u7d20\u5316\u964d\u89e3 EGFR\uff0c\u6b64\u904e\u7a0b\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u7531\u4e00\u7a2e E3 \u6cdb\u7d20\u9023\u63a5\u9176 CBL \u4ecb\u5c0e\u3002 CBL \u6703\u900f\u904e\u5176\u916a\u6c28\u9178\u6fc0\u9176\u7d50\u5408\u57df\u8207\u78f7\u9178\u5316 EGFR \u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u6cdb\u7d20\u8f49\u79fb\u81f3\u78f7\u9178\u5316 EGFR\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032 EGFR \u5728\u6cdb\u7d20\u5316\u5f8c\u5728\u6eb6\u9176\u9ad4 (lysosome) \u4e2d\u5167\u5316\u548c\u964d\u89e3\uff0c\u82e5\u9019\u7a2e\u8ca0\u8abf\u7bc0\u7cfb\u7d71\u5931\u8abf\uff0c\u4fbf\u6703\u4fc3\u767c\u816b\u7624\u751f\u6210\u3002CTEN (\u6216\u7a31TNS4) \u662f\u5f35\u529b\u86cb\u767d (tensin) \u5bb6\u65cf\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u54e1\uff0c\u4f4d\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u4e0a\u7684\u7c98\u8457\u6591 (focal adhesion)\uff0c\u53ef\u8207\u808c\u52d5\u86cb\u767d\u7d72 (actin filaments) \u7d50\u5408\u4e26\u53c3\u8207\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u529f\u80fd\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u9077\u79fb\u53ca\u4e0a\u76ae\u9593\u8cea\u8f49\u63db (EMT) \u6709\u95dc\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a98\u5c0e CTEN \u8868\u9054\uff0c\u4e14 CTEN \u7684 SH2 \u7d50\u69cb\u6703\u8207\u78f7\u9178\u5316\u7684 CBL \u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u9020\u6210 CBL \u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684 EGFR \u964d\u89e3\u88ab\u524a\u5f31\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f EGFR \u6301\u7e8c\u6d3b\u5316\u4e26\u9020\u6210\u816b\u7624\u751f\u6210\u8207\u9077\u5f99\u3002<em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">(Cancer Res. 2013,73:5266-5276; BBA Mol Cell Res. 2019, 1866:450-458)<\/em><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> \u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0cCBL\u5bb6\u65cf\u6210\u54e1\u4e2d\u7684 CBLC (CBL-3; CBL-c) \u5728\u975e\u5c0f\u7d30\u80de\u80ba\u764c (NSCLC) \u4e2d\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u4e0d\u540c\u65bc CBL\u3002CBLC \u5728 NSCLC \u7684\u8868\u73fe\u6703\u900f\u904e\u8868\u89c0\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u53bb\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u800c\u6d3b\u5316\uff0c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u8868\u9054\u7684 CBLC \u6703\u548c CBL \u7af6\u722d\u6d3b\u5316\u614b EGFR \u7684\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e\u5c0d EGFR \u9032\u884c K6 \u548c K11 \u591a\u6cdb\u7d20\u5316\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u6d3b\u5316\u614b EGFR \u512a\u5148\u5faa\u74b0\u56de\u5230\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u6216\u9032\u5165\u7d30\u80de\u6838\u5167\uff0c\u6b63\u8abf\u7bc0\u6d3b\u5316\u614b EGFR \u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u5ea6\u548c\u4e0b\u6e38\u7684\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u905e\u3002\u6291\u5236 CBLC \u8868\u73fe\u4e0d\u4f46\u986f\u8457\u6291\u5236\u9ad4\u5916 NSCLC \u7684\u5b58\u6d3b\u529b\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u5728\u7570\u7a2e\u79fb\u690d\u7684\u5c0f\u9f20\u6a21\u578b\u4e2d\u6703\u7e2e\u5c0f\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728 EGFR \u7a81\u8b8a\u7684 NSCLC \u9ad4\u5916\u7d30\u80de\u6a21\u5f0f\u6216\u5728\u5c0f\u9f20\u52d5\u7269\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0a\uff0c\u6291\u5236 CBLC \u8868\u73fe\u90fd\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u5176\u5c0d\u916a\u6c28\u9178\u6fc0\u9176\u6291\u88fd\u5291 (TKI) \u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u611f\u53d7\u5ea6\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cCBLC \u4e5f\u6703\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u9031\u671f\u8abf\u7bc0\u6fc0\u9176 Aurora A (AURKA) \u7d50\u5408\u4e26\u9032\u884c\u6cdb\u7d20\u5316\uff0c\u4f7f AURKA \u5728\u7d30\u80de\u9032\u5165\u5206\u88c2\u6642\u5f97\u4ee5\u7d2f\u7a4d\u8207\u6d3b\u5316\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u751f\u3002\u7531\u65bc AURKA \u7684\u9ad8\u8868\u9054\u8207\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u5c0d\u7d2b\u6749\u9187 (Taxol) \u7522\u751f\u6297\u6027\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u6291\u5236 CBLC \u8868\u73fe\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u672c\u8eab\u589e\u751f\uff0c\u4e5f\u4fc3\u4f7f\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u52a0\u5c0d\u7d2b\u6749\u9187\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u6027\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u660e\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u5d84\u65b0\u7684\u81f4\u764c\u6a5f\u5236 \u2500\u2500 CBLC \u6703\u5c0d\u764c\u86cb\u767d\u9032\u884c\u975e\u964d\u89e3\u7684\u6cdb\u7d20\u5316\u4f86\u9003\u907f\u6eb6\u9176\u9ad4\u964d\u89e3\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u764c\u86cb\u767d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u53ca\u6d3b\u6027\u589e\u5f37\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u767c\u73fe\u4e0d\u50c5\u78ba\u5b9a CBLC \u70ba\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u8a3a\u65b7\u751f\u7269\u6a19\u8a8c\u7269\uff0c\u4e26\u6307\u51fa\u5176\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba NSCLC \u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u65b0\u7a4e\u9776\u9ede\uff0c\u9776\u5411 CBLC \u4e5f\u80fd\u589e\u52a0\u73fe\u884c\u7642\u6cd5\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u6027\u3002<\/span><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\">(Cancer Res. 2018, 78:4984-4996; Oncogene 2022, 41:1907-1917)\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
